Does Chico’s have curbside pickup for clothing?

Need something as soon as possible? You don't have to wait for shipping. We want to make your online shopping a convenient and seamless experience and now offer clothing for curbside pickup at selected retail stores. 

If you need your new clothing right away and prefer to pick it up at the store instead of waiting for it to arrive later, this is a perfect option for you. The best part is that it’s free.

How do I do a curbside pickup order?

We make it easy to take advantage of our free curbside pickup option. While shopping online, choose the "Free - Pickup at Store" option on the product page or in your shopping bag. Then, type in your zip code, and the address of the nearest store will appear.

When your order is ready, you’ll get two pick-up notifications. We’ll call and email you to ensure you are aware your order is ready for in-store or curbside pickup. 

If you prefer curbside pickup, when you arrive outside the store, please call the phone number on your order confirmation paper. A friendly Chico's associate will deliver your order to you. 

You can also come into the store. Please have your photo ID and email confirmation with you. Please note that clothing for curbside pickup is only available during open hours and at select stores. We’ll do our best to promptly fill your order.

What Chico’s styles are available for curbside pickup?

Looking for a clothing store with curbside pickup? We’re excited to offer the option with many of our timeless styles available for easy shopping.

You’ll find essential pieces like skirts and dresses for curbside pickup, outerwear, and even shoes and accessories. Throughout the year, what’s available will change. It's important to note that inventory at different Chico's locations will vary.

To find out if and where curbside pickup for that clothing item is available, choose the "Free Pickup at Store" option on the product page or your shopping bag. After you type in your zip code, the name and distance of the nearest locations and the inventory levels will appear. It will then show "In Stock, Low Inventory, or Out of Stock." You can also call a particular retail location to speak with an associate if you have questions.

Many of our locations have clothes for curbside pickup. However, not all of our locations offer this convenience. Select "free Pickup at Store" on the product page or in your shopping bag.
