Special offers & discounts do not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards or eGift Cards. Your Gift Card or eGift Card number may be deactivated if issued or procured fraudulently.
Chico's Gift Cards and eGift Cards may be redeemed for your merchandise purchase at chico.com (US orders only), Chico's US boutiques and outlets, or by phone at 888.855.4986. To redeem your Gift Card or eGift Card: online, enter the Gift Card and PIN found on the back of your card or eGift Card number and PIN found in your eGift Card email. To redeem in boutiques and outlets provide your Gift Card number and PIN or eGift Card number and PIN to the store sales associate.
When you make a merchandise purchase with your Chicos Gift Card or eGift Card, the value of your purchase plus any shipping/handling fees and sales tax, if applicable, will be automatically deducted from your available balance. You may check any remaining value online or by calling Customer Service at 888.855.4986. You may not add value back onto your Gift Card or eGift Card or redeem it for cash, except as required by law. Chico's Gift Cards and eGift Cards do not expire and have no fees.
Please safeguard your Chico's Gift Card or eGift Card number and PIN. The bearer is responsible for its loss, damage or theft. For lost, damaged or stolen Gift Cards or eGift Card numbers, please contact Customer Service. Your Chico's Gift Card number or eGift Card number and PIN are required for all inquiries.
